Is HelloStetig really free?
Yes, the core features of HelloStetig are free. You can create goals and habits, track them, and see your progress - all without paying.
Is my data uploaded to the cloud?
No. All your data stays on your device. There are no servers that store your personal data. Privacy-First isn't a marketing phrase - it's my core principle.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing bad! HelloStetig is designed so that missed days are part of the journey. You won't see streak-loss warnings. Tomorrow is always a fresh start.
What does the intensity scale (0-5) mean?
Instead of just tracking 'done' or 'not done', you can indicate how intensely you performed a habit. A short meditation is still a success, even if it wasn't as long as planned. Every step counts.
Can I sync my data between devices?
Not yet - all data stays local on your device. I'm planning to add optional iCloud sync that will be end-to-end encrypted.
Why 'Goals-First'?
Habits alone are meaningless. Only when connected to a goal do they gain purpose. That's why HelloStetig organizes everything around your goals - not around individual habits.
What is ADHD/RSD and why is the app optimized for it?
ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) affects many adults - including myself. RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria) describes heightened emotional sensitivity to perceived rejection. Many habit trackers use language that can trigger negative feelings in people with ADHD/RSD ('You failed', 'Your streak is broken'). HelloStetig uses supportive, non-judgmental language instead.
Are there ads in the app?
No. HelloStetig is ad-free. Your attention belongs to your goals, not to advertisers.
Which devices are supported?
HelloStetig is available for iPhone and iPad and requires iOS 18 or later.
